How to Enroll
Submit the online application
Open the enrollment application of your level and fill in the student and guardian information.
Prepare the requirements
Bring the documents listed on the right to the Registrar's Office for evaluation.
Assessment and payment
Proceed to the Finance Office for assessment of fees and payment of the enrollment down payment.
Get your schedule and portal account
Receive your class schedule and LMS login from the Registrar, then sign in on the Student Portal.
Steps are indicative; the Registrar's Office will confirm the official enrollment procedure for the current school year.
Requirements
New students and transferees
- PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy)
- Report Card / Form 138 (original)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- 2×2 ID pictures (2 pieces)
- Baptismal Certificate (for Catholic students)
College
- Senior High School Report Card (Form 138)
- Form 137 / Transcript of Records (for transferees)
- Honorable Dismissal (for transferees)
